Dr. Marc Smith graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 1998. He is certified in Veterinary Acupuncture and is working toward Certification in Herbal Therapy, Food Therapy, and Tui-Na. Dr. Smith has been the owner of Natchez Trace Veterinary Services since 2005. He co-founded Pet-Tao Pet Foods, which combines the strengths of Western nutritional science with the theories of Eastern food therapy. Dr. Smith has received the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine’s Distinguished Alumni Award for service in the field of alternative medicine.
