Course Description

This presentation discusses current and topical issues around change and uncertainty, and how we can cope with these more effectively. It outlines some of the more common symptoms of someone who may not be coping, as well as a variety of key concepts to address these symptoms and effectively help participants to cope in uncertain times. It is expected that participants will be able to assist themselves and others in identifying signs of an inability to cope with change or uncertainty, as well as practical skills in addressing these symptoms.
